Serene Tabbie- That would be me, Laura, neither serene nor a cat. Wife, mother, slightly disgruntled daughter, part-time desk jockey for a fabulous non-profit and a weekend plant pusher at an ever expanding nursery, voracious reader, Master Gardener (class of ‘07!), brusher of dogs, washer of floors and folder of laundry.
Aldo - Usually cast as Darling Husband, but sometimes plays other roles such as Incredibly Loud Snorer or Forgetter of Trash Night. All around good guy and sexy dude.
Timothy- The boy. First born, precocious and brilliant as all get out. My kid can kick your kid’s butt in useless fact knowledge. Timothy was diagnosed with Asperger’s and anxiety NOS in the late summer of 2008.
Sarah – The girl. Second child, cute as a button and a member of good standing in the Random Compliment Squad (specializing in old ladies and sparkly jewelery). Sarah is the star of her soccer team!

Special Grandma- My 92-year-old paternal grandmother who lives outside of San Fransisco
The Bumpus Hounds- Samson the best dog ever, and Ralphie & Ruby the brown dogs
The Gerbil- Jack. The third (and last!) installment of the Tabbie Family Pocket Pets adopted from a local rodent rescue
The Cats- Nibbs the incredibly old grouchy white cat and Spooky the killer of all things small and fluffy outside
